We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our digital products. If the material is not right for you, you can ask for your money back within 30 days of purchase — you do not need to justify your decision.
1. The 30-day guarantee
Request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date and we will refund the amount you paid for that product. This applies to ebooks and other one-off digital products.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@onemillionfollowers.club from the address you used to buy, with the word "refund" in the subject line and your order reference if you have it. That is the whole process.
3. How long it takes
We review requests within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further five to ten business days to show the money.
4. Memberships
Membership fees, where offered, can be refunded in full within 30 days of your first payment. After that first period, you can cancel at any time to stop future charges and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; part-used periods are not refunded.
5. Access after a refund
When a refund is issued, your licence to use the product ends and any member-area access linked to it is removed. Please delete downloaded copies.
6. Fair use
The guarantee is for people genuinely deciding the product is not for them. We may decline repeated refund requests from the same person, or refunds where the material has clearly been redistributed or resold.
7. Your statutory rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory right of withdrawal or consumer protection you have where you live — including the EU and UK right to cancel distance purchases.
8. Currency and fees
Refunds are issued in the currency you paid in. Exchange-rate movement between purchase and refund, and any fee your own bank charges, are outside our control.
